Abstract Paintings, Prints and Sculpture (1958 - 1980)

In 1960, the artist was one of a few pioneer female artists to begin to seriously explore the limits of expression in abstract art. She made hundreds of abstract Collagraphs, Etchings and Drawings; created large abstract Fiber Sculptures, and even invented a brand-new medium by melting Polyethylene Mylar sheets with a propane torch, then manipulating them to create unique three-dimensional, sculptural paintings of various patterns and designs.
